BioThis is my pH Miracle journal.
The first time I went on the greens I experienced a 10" loss from my waist in 9 months. The greens turned me into an alkalarian/vegan in 2 weeks. I just lost the taste for all the crap we used to eat. No willpower necessary. No exercise, either. It just blinked itself off of me. The most effort I put out was mixing my greens.
Thanks to some self-doubt, self-sabotage and my favorite sins (sloth and gluttony) I stopped taking the greens, went on some stupid protein-rich bodybuilding regimen, and I gained just about everything back. Oh, and I quit smoking in there somewhere too. That didn't help.
6 months later it's back in the saddle. Armed with my copy of The pH Miracle for Weight Loss, I will regain my former self and I will even surpass my astounding level of previous success.
